Tu B’Shevat comes in the dead of winter with hope for spring and renewal. It is the Jewish holiday that celebrates nature and the environment. Do you have a favorite poem or reading about the environment that you would like to share? Please bring it to the seder. In addition, please bring a small plant or evergreens to place on our table as we honor earth, air, fire and water, and discuss the challenges to our planet today.
