Medical Debt Relief For People Within Our Taos Community

The community is collecting money again to help pay the medical bills of people who cannot afford to pay them so that they are not sent to a collection agency.

This program has gone on every year since 2018 and we participate through B’nai Shalom Havurah.  People’s debts are paid at 8 cents on the dollar and it’s a great help to them.

Anyone interested in contributing to this very worthy cause can send a tax deductible donation to B’nai Shalom Havurah, mailed to: 810 Dillon Lane, Taos, NM  87571 before November 15th. Bette Myerson will send them a receipt for their tax records. Questions can be directed to Bette Meyerson.
