The Taos Jewish Center runs entirely on volunteer efforts and donations to meet our operating expenses. Rabbi Fund

Your generous donation supports the TJC’s programming, including Zoom Shabbatons with Rabbi Judith Halevy. We enjoy Friday night potluck dinners and Kabbalat Shabbats, Saturday morning Shabbat services and Torah studies, as well as Zoom Services from the comfort of our homes.

Senior members taking a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) from your retirement funds can instruct a fiscal intermediary to disburse a membership contribution to the TJC. By directing funds or pledges to the TJC before your RMD is taken for the year, you reduce the taxable portion of the RMD, providing both you and TJC a mitzvah!
